What a phenomenal ride! The Aotearoa Art Fair 2025, held in May at the Viaduct Events Centre was a landmark event—and ArtLink was proud to be right in the thick of it.
Held annually on Auckland’s waterfront, the Aotearoa Art Fair is the premier contemporary art event in New Zealand. It brings together leading galleries from across Aotearoa and the wider Pacific Rim, offering a vibrant showcase of painting, sculpture, photography, digital media, and more. With thousands of visitors including collectors, curators, artists, and art lovers, the fair plays a vital role in nurturing the local art ecosystem and connecting it to global audiences.

The 2025 edition saw record attendance and an extraordinary calibre of presentations, with galleries pushing boundaries in booth design and curation. Alongside the main exhibition hall, the fair featured artist talks, panel discussions, and special projects that offered deeper engagement with contemporary practice. It’s not just an art fair—it’s a celebration of creativity, collaboration, and cultural exchange on a grand scale.
This year, we supported 14 outstanding galleries, providing everything from the delivery of single artworks to full logistical support.

Our team was on the ground fabricating plinths, installing and refreshing booths, handling changeovers, and making sure artworks reached collectors across the motu—safe, sound, and on time.
It was a whirlwind of creative energy, hard mahi, and unforgettable encounters with artists, galleries, collectors, and art lovers from around Aotearoa and abroad.
A huge shoutout to the exceptional team at the Aotearoa Art Fair, especially the inimitable Sue Waymouth, for delivering such a seamless and inspiring event.
We’re also beyond thrilled to have found a stellar new crew member in Inga Fillary—welcome to the team!
